University's Locks of Love

Wash U Locks of Love is a University-sponsored student group that organizes a semesterly cut-a-thon to raise money and collect hair for the Locks of Love national organization. The hair and money is used to make wigs for qualifying children with disease-related hair loss.  Each semester, students and community members are encouraged to donate 10 inches of their hair, which is then sent directly to the LOL headquarters in Florida to make the wigs.  Professional hair stylists from the St. Louis area donate their time to help us with this event. Join us this spring, Monday, April 9th, 2007!!!

SHARE YOUR HAIR!!!

This semester, our event will take place on Monday, April 9th, from 9 AM to 7 PM in downstairs Mallinckrodt. If you're donating 10 inches of your hair, please click here to make an appointment. If you don't have 10 inches to donate, we'll also be giving $20 haircuts and trims for any length hair on Monday. All proceeds go to Locks of Love.

Walk-ins only for the $20 cuts, and please note that people who are donating will have priority
